These Terms govern your use of Etienne Multi-Services (EMS) products, services, websites, and messaging programs, including SMS/text communications.

By accessing or using any Etienne Multi-Services (“EMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, application, storefront, or messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
EMS provides custom and retail products — including apparel, drinkware, accessories, and printed materials (business cards, labels, flyers, posters, and more) — along with order management, fulfillment, and customer communication services across our website, storefront, and third-party channels.
3. Accounts & Orders
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information when placing an order. EMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout, on our website, or through another EMS form, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from EMS related to:
- Order confirmations, production, and shipping updates
- Appointment or pickup reminders
- Customer service and account-related notifications
- Occasional promotions and offers, where you’ve separately opted in
Message frequency varies based on your order activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you may request to be added to our text program through an alternative method (email, phone) if you prefer not to opt in via text.

5. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). EMS does not store your full card details on our servers. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice.
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and personalized products (including uploaded photos, text, and design elements) are produced specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders are generally final once production has begun, except in cases of a production error on our part. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All EMS branding, website content, and product designs (excluding customer-uploaded content) are the property of Etienne Multi-Services LLC. By uploading images or content for a custom order, you confirm you own the rights to use it and grant EMS a limited license to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
EMS provides its services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, products, or messaging program.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
